Federal Law states that the photographer holds the copyright for any and all photos taken by the photographer.

Through your purchase from Virtually Calhoun, you obtain a "Commercial License" for your individual use that cannot be transferred. You agree to use images solely for advertising, marketing and promotional activities to promote a product, service or idea.

To publish images in newspapers and magazines for journalistic or educational purposes, a separate Editorial License can be obtained through Virtually Calhoun.
